Who is eligible for surrogacy?

There are surrogacy solutions for nearly everyone. Married, single, Gay or de facto relationships. Contact us for more details.

How do I start?

Once you have decided to proceed you will sign an agreement and a surrogate mother will be assigned to you. In some cases you will be required to visit the destination country to sign legal documents, but this is kept to a minimum. Usually only requiring a stay of 2 or 3 days.

I am a single woman- can you help me?

Yes, we have a clinic that offers legal surrogacy to single women.

How many attempts can we have with one surrogate mother?

Usually two sometimes three, depending on the clinic. If still unsuccessful a new surrogate will be offered to you.

Can two men share an ICSI cycle so we both have a chance of being a father?

In most cases, no but you can have two cycles with the same donor’s eggs.

What happens if the transfer doesn’t work?

If there are still frozen embryos available a new transfer can often be arranged within one month.  If there are no more embryos, an additional cycle will need to be conducted to produce more embryos. In guaranteed live birth programs, there is no cost for additional attempts.

Who looks after the legal process?

In some countries the surrogacy service includes all legal costs- in others it is a separate fee. We will advise you about this when you are choosing your clinic. The fees do not cover you for any legal representation once you return to your home country

Can I just ship my sperm or embryos and sign later?

You can certainly ship your sperm of embryos before you attend for signing but will still have to appear in person to sign the documents.

What testing is performed on Surrogates and egg donors?

Screening is very comprehensive and to international standards. However, each country is slightly different so please contact us for more details.

Is sex selection available?

This depends on the country. Contact us and we will provide details.

What are the success rates?

If sperm meets WHO standards and eggs are good quality, you can reasonably expect up to 75% success rate per cycle.

How long before we can take our baby home?

This depends on the country, but it can be as quick as 4 to 6-weeks. Even shorter in some cases, depending on your nationality
